Steel Frame Stage - Option 1

This stage is our main clientele, designed for the independent builders or owner builders who only want steel frames for their construction, who have contractors specialising in other areas such as plastering, brick laying etc. This stage includes all screws, bolts, cleats, fittings, brackets, fasteners, etc needed to erect steel frames and fix battens, roof trusses and flooring.

Plans

• 2700mm high external walls at 450crs max
• 2670mm high internal walls at 450crs max
• All necessary hold down bolts
• All necessary screws
• All necessary brackets
• All necessary bracing
• Steels trusses (or as requested)
• Steel roof battens at 900crs
• Steel ceiling battens at 450crs
• Dampcourse under walls
• Patio steel beams and posts dura-gal
• Engineering Certificate

Enclosed Stage - Option 2

This stage includes all products and services in the frame stage as well as:

Roofing:

• Colourbond Custom Orb or Trimdek profiles
• Colourbond roll ridge top capping
• Colourbond fascia, gutter and barge capping
• Colourbond screws, reivets etc
• Approximately 20 standard Colourbond colours

External Cladding:

• James Hardie Prime Line Chamfer or Heritage boards pre-primed (or as selected)
• Sicalation insulation on exterior walls
• Soffits and Patio ceilings 6mm Hardiflex
• All cover strips and joiners included

External Doors and Windows:

• Powdercoated aluminium sliding glass windows with fly screens with termite treated timber reveals
• Weatherproof Duracote external doors and powdercoated aluminium sliding glass doors as per plan specifications
• Approximately 10 standard poweredcoated colours

Flat Pack Stage - Option 3

This stage is set up of for those who live in extreme remote areas where transportation can be difficult whether the problem be flood related, distance or shear size. Superior Steel Systems are happy to supply all the necessary sections rolled, punched and cut to size where they can be assembled on site. This allows for very compact, cheap and easy transportation of an extremely strong, efficent and cost effective building system. The pack comes with instructions and labelled sections to make assembly quick and easy.

• This option is compatible with either Option 1 or Option 2

• Includes all necesary screws, bolts, cleats, fittings, brackets, fasteners, etc needed to erect the frames and fix battens, roof trusses and flooring.
